Mango Pulp

Mangoes, the aromatic pulpy fruit is widely cultivated in Sindh and Punjab and is easily one of the most popular seasonal delicacies not only in Asia but also in the West. Known as the ‘King of Fruits,’ mangoes are one of the major agricultural exports of Pakistan with high demand all across the world. Al-Rahim Agri Processing (Pvt.) Limited is proud to bring a whole range of process mango products including pulps and puree for local and global market. It offers from different varieties such as Desi (mixed), Sindhri, Chaunsa, Dusehri, Langra and various others. The top-quality mangoes are hand-picked and then processed into the pulp and puree. Mango pulp is mostly utilized in the production of juices, nectar, ice cream, milk shakes, yogurt, jams and jellies.

Mango Pulp Manufacturing Process

In order to obtain the premium quality in our mango pulp, we combine our finest, hand-picked mangoes from different farmers with the most appropriate technology for processing. Once the mangoes are carefully handpicked and brought into our plant facility, the mangoes are inspected, sorted, and ripened. The matured mangoes after this are then washed and made available for processing. The selected mangoes then go into a process of feeding, sorting, washing, brushing, final sorting, destoning, pre-heat treatment, refining, standardization, batch tanks, and sterilization. Aseptic filling is done to ensure that mango pulp meets the quality parameters. Our strong technical team who manages the complete process and makes sure we deliver a product meeting international quality standard.
