Guava Pulp and Puree

Among the guava major producing countries, Pakistan is the second largest guava producing nation. It is extensively grown in various parts of Pakistan, mainly Larkana. Mature and freshly plucked guava has a sweet and attractive flavor. It is largely eaten fresh but is also used in jams and jellies. Besides its high nutritive value, it bears heavy crop every year and gives good economic returns involving very little input.

The resulting guava puree is pure and creamy white in texture, ensuring the highest quality standards. Guava Pulp and Puree Manufacturing Process

After careful inspection and washing of the hand-picked guavas harvested across various regions of Pakistan, the whole sound mature guava fruits are fed to the chopping mill to grind it into fine mash, which is the passed through preheating stage and then to another machine to have the seeds, skin, fibers and unripe portions removed and be reduced to a liquid. After this, the puree is filtered to ensure that the result is free from all seeds. The guava pulp/puree obtained is pure and creamy in texture.
